The vibrating feeder can be divided into four types according to its structure and purpose namely, GZD type vibrating feeder, ZSW type vibrating feeder, GZZ type vibrating feeder and GZT type vibrating feeder.
The vibrating feeder is a kind of vibrating output device which uniformly, timed and continuously feeds the massive or granular material to the feeding device from the storage silo. In a variety of production lines, the vibrating feeder is necessary. Especially in the sand and gravel production line, the vibrating feeder can feed materials as crusher machinery and screen coarsely material.
The characteristics of Hongxing vibrating feeder
Hongxing vibrating feeder has the characteristics of stable vibration, reliable operation and long service life. Its exciting force can be adjusted and the flow can be changed and controlled at any time. It is easy and stable to adjust. The vibrating motor is vibration source with low noise, low power consumption and, regulating performance and nonexistence of material clashing phenomenon. This kind of vibrating feeder with simple structure, reliable operation, easy installation and adjustment, light weight and small size is easy to be maintained. Dust pollution can be prevented when the closed structure of the fuselage is used.
The installation, commissioning, use and maintenance of the vibrating feeder
First, if the vibrating feeder is used for ingredients and dosing, it should be installed horizontally in order to ensure the uniform and stability of feeding and prevent the gravity flow of the material. The vibrating feeder can be installed down-dip to 10°for continuous feeding of the general material. It can be installed down-dip to 15°for the viscous material and the material with too much moisture.
Second, the feeder installed should be horizontal and left a travel clearance of 20mm. Flexible connections should be used for the suspension.
Third, before the empty test, all bolts should be solidified especially the anchor bolts of the vibrating motor which should be tightened again for continuous operation of 3-5 hours.
Forth, the two vibrating motors must rotate during the test.
Fifth, during the feeding operation, you should always check the stability of the amplitude, current and noise. Stop the machine in time if abnormal cases occur.
Sixth, fill the bearings of the motor with oil every two month. In the hot season, lubricant should be filled once a month.
