Honxing raymond mill is a kind of milling equipment which is widely used. Raymond mill is widely used in mines, cement plants and chemical plants, which is one of the important equipment for deep processing of non-metallic minerals. Hongxing Mining Machinery mainly made some improvement of the host transmission of the raymond mil. The structural transformation which is favorable for the stability of the spindle and plum frame has been done to make it run smoothly.
Hongxing new raymond mill can be used for ultra-fine grinding of calcite, dolomite, kaolin, barite, rutile, fluorite and other non-metallic mineral. Through the test of practice, if you select the calcite whose feeding size is 25mm to be grinded, the output can reach 450kg/h when the fineness is adjusted to 1250 mesh (10um). However, the input power is only 23kw which is more cost-effective than the traditional raymond mill.
The structural features of the new raymond mill
First, the new raymond mill with three-dimensional structure, small footprint and strong complete sets forms its own production system independently from the block material to refined powder.
Second, the fineness of the refined powder is uniform with 99% passing screen rate, which is difficult for other milling equipment.
Third, sealed gear box and pulleys are used in the gears of the host of the mill with smooth transmission and reliable operation.
Forth, high-quality steel is used in raymond mill and the wear-resistant materials is used in the wear parts, which makes the whole have wear resistance and reliable operation.
Fifth, centralized control is used in the electrical system. The milling workshop can achieve unmanned operation and the machine is easy to maintain.
The debugging of the new raymond mill
First, test the machine with empty load. Before the test with empty load, the roller device should be tightened firmly by the network wire rope to avoid the contact and crash between the roller grinding ring. Then the test of the host in empty running should bot be less than one hour. Keep smooth when the host is running. The temperature of the oil in the cabinet should not exceed 80℃. The increase of the temperature should not exceed 40℃.
Second, the blower should be started without load. Load it until it runs normally. The operation should be smooth without abnormal noise or vibration. The highest temperature of the rolling bearing should not exceed 70℃ and the increase of the temperature should not exceed 35℃.
Third, the test with load in running the machine should not be less than eight hours. After the normal operation of the raymond mill ,there is no abnormal noise in the whole and no leak wind phenomenon in the pipe joints. All the parts can be tightened again after the test and the machine can be put into regular use.
