The Structure of Impact Crusher

The impact crusher is mainly composed of rotor, striking plate, impact plate and cylinder block. The rotor is fixed on the spindle. On the cylindrical rotor, there are four or more striking plates (plate hammer). The striking plate and rotor is rigid coupling. And the striking plates are made of wearable high manganese steel or other alloy steel. According to the different amount of rotor, the impact crusher can be pided into two kinds, single-rotor impact crusher and double-rotor impact crusher.
