The hammer crushers break rock by impacting the rock with hammers that fixed upon the outer edge of a spinning rotor. The practical use of hammer crushers is limited to soft materials and non abrasive materials, such as limestone, phosphate, gypsum, weathered shales.
Rock crusher（Stone crusher ）：Rock crushers are used to break down rocks. They have applications in several different industries, including mining, where they are used to prepare ores for processing, and construction, where they are used to create rock fill material for landscaping or erosion control. Rock crushers come in two major types, primary and secondary. Secondary crushers work with smaller pieces of rock that have already been broken down from their original size.
Hammer crusher:primary or secondary Rock crushers .It is used for crushing raw materials that have compressive strength less than 150MPa such as limestone, marl, sandstone, gypsum, coal, etc. The single stage hammer crusher can crush the ore block at the stope into the granularity required at a time. It can replace the traditional two-stage crusher and help simplify process flow, save infrastructure investment and production costs.
The main working part of hammer crusher is rotors with hammer. The rotors consist of main shaft, disk, pin shaft and hammers. The motor drives the rotors to rotate quickly in the crushing cavity. Raw materials enter the crusher through the feed opening and are stricken, impacted, cut and ground by the high-speed hammer to small size.
There is a screening plate under the rotor, so that materials with size smaller than the screen mesh will be screened out and others are left to be further hammered and ground until reach the standard size. The size of the final product can be adjusted by changing the screening plate. The gap between the rotors and the screening plate can also be adjusted.

In the stone crushing plant, Stone crushing machine is used to crush stones into small particle size or change the form such as limestone, quartz, marble, granite for building aggregates, artificial sand production and recycle building waste materials such as debris, asphaltic cement concrete. Usually in stone crushing plant, we crush stones into small particles with diameter of 10mm, 12mm, 19mm, 25mm, 50mm, 100mm.
Stone crushing plant working process
The combined stone crushing plant can be pided into three types: fixed, portable and sleigh type. The crushing and screening capability can be from 50 tons per hour to 500 tons per hour. The size of crushed product can be from 0 to 40 mm. The classification of size of crushed product can be set and adjusted according to customers, different requests.

As the name suggests, counterattack crusher is used to fight back to work by the effect of broken, big materials into the counterattack in the rotor plate and between crushing cavity after the rotor rotating part of the role, in a counter for kinetic energy board and between rotor and the impact, the first level respectively back cavity, 2 counterattack cavity and the bottom of the grinding chamber to meet the requirements of the 'broken, the grain-size.
