The layout of cement production line: establish cement clinker production line in the mining area, and establish cement grinding station in the large and middle-sized cities which near the cement sales market. The most of raw materials of cement are the industrial wastes. The cement grinding station belongs to green environmental protection industry which can largely digest the slag, fly ash, coal gangue and other industrial wastes produced by cities. The cement grinding station provided by our factory has the simplest process, easy to operation, less investment, energy conservancy, environmental protection and can be mixed with more materials.
Silicate cement production line has representativeness most. With limestone and clay as the main raw material, the raw materials after crushing, burdening and milling, the materials are fed into cement kilns to burning mature. Then add appropriate amount of gypsum (sometimes mixed with mixed material or admixture).
Cment production line can be divided into dry type cement production line (including semi-dry method), and wet type cement production line (including the semi-wet method).
1. Dry type cement production line process: drying and grinding the raw materials at the same time, or drying the raw materials at first, then grinding them, the powder material will be calcined to cement clinker in the dry kiln. The powder material is formed into pellets after combined with water, then put into Lepol kiln to be calcined to cement clinker. We called it as semi-dry method; it is also one kind of dry type cement production.
2. Wet type cement production process: first, grind the raw materials after combined with water in to slurry, then feed the slurry into wet kiln to be calcined into cement clinker. There is also another method. First, dehydration the raw material slurry, then feed the material brick into wet kiln to be calcined into cement clinker. It is semi-wet method, also belongs to wet type cement production method.
The main advantage of dry type cement production line is low heat consumption (for example, the heat consumption of the dry kiln with preheater is 3140-3768 kj/kg ), and the disadvantages are uneven raw materials, heavy dust in the workshop and heavy power consumption. The wet type cement production line is easy to operation, and easy to control raw material composition, high quality and convenient to convey slurry and less dust in workshop, but the disadvantage is high heat consumption (heat consumption of clinker is usually 5234-6490 kj/kg).
