First, the general fixed belt conveyor

In the comprehensive and mechanized coal mining area, the length of roadway and transportation distance will change along with the advance of workface. The retractable belt conveyor is just designed and manufactured in order to meet this need. In fact this conveyor is extra installed a warehouse and a set of storage device than the fixed conveyor. When the mobile conveyor tail stretching, the storage device can release or store a certain length belt. The tape width has three types such as: 1200mm, 1000mm, and 650mm.
Fourth, steel core belt conveyor
This stand-alone conveyor with high strength can realize long distance transportation, simplify the transportation system, and improve the transportation efficiency. The equipment coat and transportation cost is much lower than other fabric core belt conveyor. Steel core belt joint needs to the vulcanization, agglutination again with complex operation process. At present, Wangzhuang ore uses the 1200mm steel core belt conveyor with the length of 1980m.
